Pian II

 


1.  Start in Yoi position.
2.  Bring hands into right chamber and step out to the west in a back stance with right arm over head and left arm in front with wrist at eye level (both hands are closed).
3.  Execute an inverted punch with the right hand to the west.
4.  Pull back right hand to right chamber and execute a backfist with the left hand.
5.  Bring hands into left chamber and step out to the east in a back stance with left arm over head and right arm in front with wrist at eye level (both hands are closed).
6.  Execute an inverted punch with the left hand to the east.
7.  Pull back left hand to left chamber and execute a backfist with the right hand.
8.  Slide left foot up to your right in a standing position with hands in left chamber.
9.  Execute a backfist and a sidekick at the same time to the south.
10.  Set down in a back stance facing north with right foot to the rear, hands open in regular position.
11.  Step through to the north into back stance, chopping with right hand.
12.  Step through to the north into back stance, chopping with left hand.
13.  Step through to the north into forward stance, right and in spearhand with left hand re-enforcing. Kiai!
14.  Turn counter-clock wise to southeast in a cat stance (left leg forward) and execute a chop strike with the left hand.
15.  Step through to the southeast into another cat stance (right leg forward)  and execute a chop strike with the right hand.
16.  Pivot clockwise to face southwest in the same cat stance (right leg forward) and execute a chop strike with the right hand.
17.  Step through to the southwest into a cat stance (left leg forward) and execute a chop strike with the left hand.
18.  Turn counter-clock wise to the south into a forward stance, execute an inward block with the left arm followed by right outward block with the right arm.
19.  Execute a rear leg front kick and set down into a right leg forward front stance.
20.  Execute a Left Punch followed by an inward block with the right arm and then an outward block with the left arm.
21.  Execute a rear leg front kick and set down into a left leg forward front stance.
22.  Execute a Right punch..
23.  Slide the rear leg to the front leg and chamber both hands to the left side..
24.  Step out to the south with the right leg into a forward stance. Simultaneously execute an outward block with the right arm while also executing a reverse punch with the left. Kia.
25.  Rotate Counter clockwise into a forward stance (left leg forward) facing Northwest and execute an inward block downward block above the lead leg.

26. Lead with the left hand and step though and throw a reverse punch to the head with the right hand.

27. Pivot to the northeast into the same forward stance (right leg forward) and execute an inward block downward block over the lead leg.

28. Lead with the right hand and step though and throw a reverse punch to the head with the left hand.
29.  Pull forward foot back and return to a Yoi position facing north.
