1. Start from Yoi position.
2. Look west and cover with the arms out in an x position, left hand inside.
3. Step behind with right foot and step out to the left in a horse stance.
4. Left hand backfist to left side.
5. Right punch to body (same target as backfist).
6. Return hands to right chamber (the chamber is a block).
7. Left hand backfist to neck/face (to original target).
8. Look east and cover with arms out in and x position, right hand inside.
9. Step behind with left food and step out with right in a horse stance.
10. Right hand backfist to right side.
11. Left punch to body (same target as backfist).
12. Return hands to left chamber (the chamber is a block).
13. Right hand backfist to neck/face (to original target).
14. Look north and step behind, cover with inward and downward block, step out
north in forward stance.
15. Downward block and lead.
16. Step through right punch to body.
17. Step through chop with left hand to neck.
18. Pull hand back and push out, breathing.
19. Step through right punch to body.
20. Grab with right hand (already extended), breath, and raise left hand, ready
for a palmheel.
21. Palmheel to back of head down to the floor, facing east, taking a right leg
out kneeling position.
22. Punch with right hand. Kiai!
23. Cover with left hand on top; hand should be open.
24. Stand up in a crane stance, facing west.
25. Set down in a forward stance, still facing west, and downward block with
left hand open.
26. Lead with left hand and make a fist again.
27. Step through right punch to body.
28. Step through left punch to body.
29. Grab with left hand (already extended), breath, and raise right hand to
chop position.
30. Step back and chop with right hand.
31. Grab with right hand (already extended), breath, and raise left hand to
chop position.
32. Step back and chop with left hand.
33. Look and turn to the east, keeping elbow up, into a forward stance.
34. Cover and downward block.
35. Lead and step through right punch to body.
36. Make a three quarter turn, counter-clock wise, to the south.
37. Cover and downward block.
38. Lead and step through right punch to body.
39. Step through left punch to body.
40. Step through right punch to body.
41. Step through left punch to body.
42. Grab with left hand (already extended), breath, and raise right hand to
chop position.
43. Step back and chop with right hand.
44. Grab with right hand (already extended), breath, and raise left hand to
chop position.
45. Keep elbow up and turn to the north.
46. Cover and downward block.
47. Shift to the northeast corner in a horse stance with both hands in chamber.
48. Shoot hands up in an X block (grab) with right hand on the inside.
49. Pull hands to chest, still in X,. and shoot closed hands down. Kiai!
50. Step over “body” and come into a Yoi position.
