The Introductory offer includes both one-on-one sessions with one of our instructors as well as experience with our regular classes.

In the Introductory Classes, the majority of the basic material for our Yellow Belt is demonstrated and worked together with the student.

In this class, Sam Justice, our Chief Instructor and 7th Degree Black Belt, instructs on how to throw a front kick.

Sam covers with the student all of the Yellow Belt material via our state-of-the-art CD ROM Material disks with step by step instruction and movies.
