I. Accumulated Skills: Know all previous belt material
II. Hand Movements:

V. Self-Defense (Wazas): Defense against a grab, slap, punch, knife, and gun
o Knife Slash: Double chop to elbow and wrist, grab arm, left elbow strike to opponents forearm, chop to neck, wrap arm and break / hold, take knife, spin elbow to ribs, take down, step across opponent to role face down and control the arm with a hold
o Knife Jab: Use belt to block down, wrap belt around neck, step behind opponent and break neck by pulling over shoulder
o Knife at Stomach: Strike with left palm heel and right knife hand, control arm, front kick, upper-cut to throat, reverse opponents arms and throw back at opponent and control the arm with a hold. Step behind the opponent and with the left arm reach around to the right arm to apply a choke hold. Take the opponent down by kicking the back of their knee. Control the opponent with the choke hold.
o Gun at Side of Head: Block with chop, step through and uppercut to throat, control arm and break with knee, step behind and take down, step across opponent and roll to face down. Control the arm with a hold.
o Gun to Back: Spin block, elbow smash to head, knee to groin, elbow to back, sweep take down, stomp to armpit, take gun, step across opponent to role face down and control the arm with a hold
o Gun at Stomach: Scooping block, upper-cut to throat, grab arm and strike with knee, hip roll, take gun, pull up on arm and place leg behind back and leg across throat, drop down into an arm-bar hold
o Club Attack to Head: High cross arm block, left palm-heel to head, roll take down, pull up on arm and place leg behind back and leg across throat, drop down into an arm-bar hold
o Club Attack to Head: High cross arm block, control arm, front kick, knee smash to head, right elbow to head, right side kick to knee, sweep take down, step across opponent and roll to face down. Control the arm with a hold.
VI. Grabs:
o Full Nelson: Flex arms, shoot arms straight up, drop down, kick to groin, grab leg, take down, kick to body, roll the opponent face down manipulating his/her leg. Bend leg towards bag and capture with shoulder, with the same arm grab the opponents belt to form a hold on the leg, place other forearm on the back of the opponents neck
o Full Nelson: Flex arms, step behind with left foot, strike with left knee, elbow strike to the head, grab and punch to the body with right fist.
o Double Arm Lock: Roll out, break elbow, double front kick, step behind and sweep takedown, step across opponent to role face down and control the arm with a hold
o Double Arm Lock (both arms extended): Left back kick to knee, roll out, block down with right palm-heel, left palm-heel to elbow, right palm-heel to face, left elbow to head, knee to groin, reverse opponents arms and throw back at opponent and control the arm with a hold. Step behind the opponent and with the left arm reach around to the right arm to apply a choke hold. Take the opponent down by kicking the back of their knee. Control the opponent with the choke hold.
VII. Kumite Techniques:
