II. Hand Movements:
Double forearm block
Double head block
Three point
block with left hand down
III. Foot Movements:
Push slide 45-degree
Pull step 45-degree
IV. Kicks:
Stepping to front spin heel hook
Chicken roundhouse
Chicken front
V. Self-Defense Techniques (Wazas): (Work from a fighting stance)
Step back, right inward block, double flip kick, backfist, reverse inverted punch
Crescent / side kick, backfist, reverse punch, front kick
Step inside with right open hand block, grab with left hand, right elbow to body, strike arm at elbow, heel kick to groin, spin out striking with backfist
Step to left, parry block, right ridgehand to solar plexus, left palm heel to kidney, right chop to neck, sweep takedown, punch, punch
VI. Grabs:
Two Hand to the Front: Cover with left, reverse punch to the body, right chop to the neck, hammer fist to both sides of the head, push off and assume fighting stance
Grab to front with one or two hands: Capture wrist with right hand, crescent kick to head, sit on arm and break / control
VII. Kumite Techniques:
Jab stepping to front and spin heel hook kick, reverse punch, front kick
Push slide jab, lunge reverse punch, roundhouse kick, side kick
Flip / Front kick, jab, reverse punch
Counter - Spin back kick, slide up hook kick, backfist, inverted punch
