I. Accumulated Skills: Know all previous belt material
II. Hand Movements:
Punch, lunge punch, reverse punch
Reverse punch, jab, lunge punch,
reverse inverted punch
III. Foot Movements:
Forward leg (shift side-to-side)
Rear leg shift (up and back)
IV. Kicks:
Front / Flip Kick
Jump Roundhouse (Front / Rear)
V. Self-Defense Techniques (Wazas): (Work from a fighting stance)
Step inside left block, right inverted, right punch, step behind strike with right elbow, sweep takedown, backfist punch
Push block with left palm heel, chop with right hand, gtab arm and step through twisting and jerking arm
Step inside block with left hand, left front kick to the groin, right front kick to the knee, step through strike with claw to the neck
Step to the left, parry block, roundhouse kick to the groin, side kick to the knee, right palm heel to the head
VI. Grabs:
Two Hand Choke from the Rear: Grab wrist and pull, step across and face opponent holding onto wrist, step through and break arm, knee to groin
Forearm Choke: Grab arm and pull down, stomp to instep, heel kick to groin, control arm / wrist, step behind sweeping takedown, punch, punch
VII. Kumite Techniques:
Counter - Step back, back kick, hook kick, backfist, ridgehand, jab, reverse punch
Front kick / jump roundhouse kick, ridgehand, reverse punch
Counter - Three point block (forward hand down), front ridgehand, reverse punch, flip kick, jab, reverse punch
Front kick, hook kick, reverse punch, jab, reverse punch, jab
