1. 
Start in Yoi position.

2.  Salutation: Slide feet together and the left palm on top of the right palm, both facing downward (arms should be at a 45 degree angle from the body).  Lift palms (still together) to 90 degrees from the body and separate them horizontally, while stepping back into a right forward stance.  Step back with right foot into a standing position and lower arms to the sides of the body.

3.  Bring the left hand over the right hand in front of the body.  The left hand should be open and the right should be in a left facing fist.

4.  Step out to the West into a horse stance and block with the left hand in a low open handed strike.  Bring right hand to chamber.

5.  Hoop punch to the left with the right hand to the same target as in Step 4.

6.  Step out into an open stance with the left foot to the North and block downward with the left fist.

7.  Slide up into a short forward stance with the right foot and punch to the body with the right fist.

8.  Step into an open stance facing North with the right foot and block down with open right hand (block should be inside the right knee).

9.  Perform a right, open hand forearm block.

10.  Poke to the eyes with right two-finger strike.

11.  Shift up to the North with the left foot into a short forward stance and punch to the body with the left fist.  Cover inward with the right hand.

12.  Step North into a low cross-legged stance and right hammerfist to the groin.  Kiai!

13.  Step out into an open stance with the left foot to the West and block downward with the left fist.

14.  Slide up into a short forward stance with the right foot and punch to the body with the right fist.

15.  Step into an open stance facing West with the right foot and block down with open right hand (block should be inside the right knee).

16.  Perform a right, open hand forearm block.

17.  Poke to the eyes with right two-finger strike.

18.  Shift up to the West with the left foot into a short forward stance and punch to the body with the left fist.  Cover inward with the right hand.

19.  Step West into a low cross-legged stance and right hammerfist to the groin. 

20.  Step out into an open stance with the left foot to the East and block downward with the left fist.

21.  Slide up into a short forward stance with the right foot and punch to the body with the right fist.

22.  Step into an open stance facing East with the right foot and block down with open right hand (block should be inside the right knee).

23.  Perform a right, open hand forearm block.

24.  Poke to the eyes with right two-finger strike.

25.  Shift up to the East with the left foot into a short forward stance and punch to the body with the left fist.  Cover inward with the right hand.

26.  Step East into a low cross-legged stance and right hammerfist to the groin. 

27.  Step out into an open stance with the left foot to the North and block downward with the left fist.

28.  Bring the left and right hands up to the sides of the head.  The left hand should be open and the right hand should be in a fist.

29.  Slowly strike the hand and fist together in front of the head.  At the same time shift the open stance to a forward stance by turning the rear foot.

30.  Slowly push out with left palm.

31.  Punch with the right hand to the body.

32.  Rear leg front kick with the right foot, setting down to the Northeast in a horse stance.  Block down with the open right hand and block high with the open left hand.

33.  Pull back onto the left foot and cover.  Step back out into a horse stance and grab with both hands from their positions in Step 31.

34.  Bring hands over either shoulder (still grabbing) and step around counter-clockwise to the East and set down the right knee on the ground.  Palmheel strike downward.

35.  Stand up and face Northeast.  Block inward with the left hand and then block outward with the right hand.

36.  Step back with the left foot into a cat stance facing Northeast.  Pull back both hands and strike forward with a right chop.

37.  Block inward toward the Northwest with the right hand and then block outward with the left hand.

38.  Step back with the right foot into a cat stance facing Northwest.  Pull back both hands and strike forward with a left chop.

39.  Pull front foot back and return to Yoi.
